Wonderful salad or side dish for any occasion!

Dish Type: Salad
1 Cup Julienned Fresh Cucumbers
1 Cup Julienned Carrots
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
2 Tbsp Coarsely Chopped Cilantro
1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Minced or Grated
1 Cup Diced Cooked Shrimp
1/2 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt (Adjust to Taste)
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Chili Oil (Optional)
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Add all in gredients in large bowl and mix well.
Transfer the salad to a chilled Armetale bowl.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator and serve when chilled.
Enjoy the salad that will stay cold for all your guests!
