Great salsa to serve with your favorite corn chips!

1 Cup Diced Mango Pulp (About one medium size mango)
11/2 Cup Diced Roma or Vine Ripe Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Minced Red Onion
1/4 Tbsp Minced Cilantro
1/2 Jalapeno Pepper Seeded & Minced
1/2 Tsp Minced or Grated Ginger
Juice of One Fresh Lime
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Add all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Transfer the salsa to a chilled Armetale dip bowl.
Chill for about an hour before serving with corn chips.
